Derek was very informative and explained the features and functionality of the new system. He also ensured everything was tested and was satisfactory during the install. Highly recommend the recirculating pump to pull the hot water immediately through the lines at the furthest point of the house. A pleasure doing business with him!
Brad was very kind and professional. He came out to check our AC unit in our home and the one we have in our shop. He offered options we came to a decision together and everything turned out great. He’s a wonderful young man. You’re lucky to have him work for your company.
First of all, I’ve always (several years now) had good experiences with John’s. They’re always responsive, professional, and diligent. I like that there’s no intentional confusion. They essentially say “here are pictures, here are OEM recommendations, here is where you are supposed to be, and here is where you are at” then proceed to explain things so you understand. Tremayne visited me today and upheld my opinion of John’s. He was nice, professional, and gave me several options that were clear cut. I appreciate that. I signed up for another 3 years of maintenance! John’s will be my AC company for the foreseeable future.
Our experience with John's was nothing short of incredible. Shawn did an awesome job asking the right questions and evaluating our home to get us into the right HVAC unit for us. Justin and his team made the install look easy! No AC in the summer is a nightmare, but John's was able to come out same day to review our home and the new AC was installed less than 48hrs later. Great communication, timely service, and transparent selling. Can't recommend them enough!
The whole team today was awesome! They came early and worked until our big project was done even with crazy heat today. We had 3 a/c units replaced, and John's didn't disappoint! We have used John's for years and still highly recommend.
