He quickly diagnosed the issue as a failed wax ring and replaced it with a double wax ring to ensure it would last longer. The leak was resolved, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I can’t say enough good things about John and his team. From start to finish, John was extremely professional, easy to work with, and truly knowledgeable.
