I’ve made three purchases this year from Johnson Fitness. I am extremely impressed with the quality of the equipment available and on display. Tom and Brad were very personable and knowledgeable and made my purchase decision very easy. I highly recommend this store if you are in the market for fitness equipment or massage chairs. FYI, Osaki chairs are manufactured in Carrollton, TX!
The store manager, Brad, at the Hulen Street store was great in helping us get the treadmill we wanted. Not only did we get a very good price, but his service after the sale was also terrific. Recommended.
The entire process was painless. When we first walked in Thomas gave us a friendly greeting and didn't hover as we looked around. He was very helpful and straightforward. He got us a good deal and now we're owners of our second piece of equipment from Johnson Fitness.
