We had the BEST time with Max⛵️ we were celebrating my brother’s birthday and we all loved our time sailing! This is such a fun thing to do and Max is so kind and personable. 100000% recommend planning a trip!

It was my first time on a sailboat and didn't know what to expect but I'll start off by saying this was better than therapy! I went with a couple of buddies and had an absolute blast the whole time. Max the captain was awesome and an absolute joy to be around. I will definitely be doing this again soon!

We booked a 2 hour sail with Max, and it was every bit as enjoyable as I could have hoped. We are a family of sailors who used to sail often on a lake in North Texas, and we wanted to give our kids the joy of ocean sailing. Max was a gracious host, allowing anyone who wanted to, to take the helm, and work the sheets. He was happy to answer our questions about local sailing, and was a good sailing companion. His card says, "your friend with a boat," and while that's not really the model, that's exactly how it feels to sail with Max.

On my first day back to work after a 11 day vacation up in PNW, my boyfriend called to ask if I wanted to join a group of friends on a sunset cruise in Long Beach. My answer - “Duh! Work is overrated anyway!” Best decision EVER! Max was an amazing host, he’s a confident captain and you’ll feel in very capable hands the entire time. Plus, he has all sorts of amenities (like pillows, Bluetooth speaker) to offer. It was obvious he really cared that we had a fun and comfortable time! We even tied the boat up next to a small island where it was warm enough to jump in and go for a swim! Affordable, great vibes and great customer service - what else could you ask for??! Would happily call Max from Jolly Sailing for another memorable evening!
