I explained to AJ my goals and what I wanted to accomplish. He laid out a very detail meal plan accompanied with a work out plan which came with weekly check-ins which made tracking results and accountability a breeze. I highly recommended Jones Certified Fitness.

More star selections is needed to be added because 5 don’t do Jones Certified Fitness justice. This journey has been amazing. AJ is consistent, supportive and makes every session creative to my needs. He does not just stop at sessions but provides daily check ins and makes sure I’m doing what I’m saying I’m going to do. I have loss 15lbs so far and he makes sure I know it each time I find myself slacking off. He is a constant reminder of why I’m doing this. He helps me establish SMART goals and creates a platform where I’m able to push and challenge myself. I highly recommend Jones Certified Fitness. And the inspirational talks on the side and cheerleader is icing on the cake.
