Paid over 200.00 for flower arrangement. Reached out via email, but didn’t hear back. Would’ve appreciated better looking roses for my mother. UPDATE: I received a missed call/voicemail from them. They sent new beautiful flowers to my Mother, thank you for making this right! I appreciate it very much.
We booked Joe’s for our wedding, and so glad we did! They are a neighborhood gem. Joe is the most pleasant character and Denise, a veteran and so good at what she does. They made the planning process SO incredibly simple- I brought pictures and told them what I liked, and they delivered! We had a change of design for the ceremony flower placements and they were able to accommodate and made it work last minute. They were prompt on the day-of the wedding and did not miss any small details. Joe and Denise, thank you both for being a part of our special day!
I hate to leave bad reviews but I learn this is the best way for others to think twice before booking someone and the owner to know and understand that quality is everything. I purchase my bouquet, boutonnières, corsages, center pieces flowers from this place for my wedding. The day of my wedding I was delivered these lifeless dead and horrible looking flowers. I was so upset because 3 weeks prior to my wedding I went out of my way to print photos so no issues arise the day of. So they knew exactly what I was asking for and there was no excuses. I guess my photos and what I asked for didn’t matter to this business. As long as you received my money you would find a way to save some money and sneak it into thinking I would not notice. What I was delivered was unacceptable and not what I asked for. I instantly called right I away and sent pictures. She still pretended as they did not look bad. Pictures don’t lie! I asked when was my bouquet made and she said yesterday and than later we spoke again and said Wednesday. So she change her story twice. Caught in a lie. The flowers that were sent to me should have of been the most beautiful fresh roses you could of picked from because 1. I paid for it! 2. This was no regular event .. this was for a WEDDING!! I could went to a local florist near me and they would looked better than what was sent to me. The quality of the roses were awful. They were brought to me in a cardboard box that looked like they were sitting in the sun for hours. There was this ugly brown stems sticking out. Even my photographer and videographer said something. They should of came in vases with water or felt fresh as if they were a fridge. Another thing I want to mention my center pieces I asked for white roses. The picture I gave you the roses were white. I wrote notes on every photo and you gave me pink. There was maybe like 1 white rose for all the center pieces. There was so many changes and what made this worse was just the quality of the flowers. In all, I think this place tries to save money in many ways and doesn’t listen to the customer needs! They are not looking at what they are selling because if they did this would never happened. Even after I called you clearly found it offensive that I said the truth. Pictures don’t lie. I will post the pictures here. What I ask for VS what I was given. The last 2 pics bride holding bouquet and the floating candles is what I asked and are from Pinterest. This is nothing personal this is business. It was bad business.
Un buen amigo me trajo flores para mi cumpleaños de esta tienda y eran absolutamente hermosas (ver las fotos abajo). Duraron casi dos semanas y llenaron toda la casa con una fragancia encantadora. Definitivamente volveré a comprar flores en esta tienda.
Joseph’s Florists es increíble!!!! Tuve el gran placer de trabajar con Denise y Joey en mi boda en septiembre pasado (lamento haber tardado tanto en escribir una reseña) y superaron todas mis expectativas. Tenía miedo porque las flores son una parte fundamental de la decoración de la boda. Para ser sincera, no era una persona muy aficionada a las flores cuando se acercaba mi boda, pero sabía que quería mucha textura y color. Denise fue más que paciente y extremadamente útil no solo para averiguar qué tipos de flores quería realmente, sino también para tomar mis tableros de inspiración y pines en Pinterest y hacer mucha investigación para encontrar las flores exactas o proponer alternativas si no pensaba que encajaran con mi visión general o si no iban a estar en temporada para cuando se celebrara mi boda. Denise y su equipo fueron muy buenos para gestionar expectativas, presupuestos y a mi mamá (jajaja). Denise estuvo encima de mí para tomar decisiones y hacer los cambios necesarios. Hizo un muy buen trabajo haciéndome hablar y realmente escuchó lo que decía y lo que quería. Ella estuvo al tanto de cada detalle y realmente hizo un trabajo maravilloso cumpliendo con detalles muy específicos que quería incluir en mis centros de mesa, ramos y flores. Denise y Joey no solo tomaron en cuenta CADA detalle, sino que lo llevaron TODO a la vida, incluida mi guirnalda con el signo de la paz. Quería que todo fuera perfecto en mi gran día, y Densie y su marido fueron tan fáciles de trabajar y de relacionarse porque estaban pasando por el mismo proceso ya que estaban planeando la boda de su hija prácticamente al mismo tiempo. Saben exactamente lo que están haciendo y cuán importante es cada detalle. Lo que más me gustó de trabajar con ellos fue la honestidad. Como mencioné, no sabía mucho sobre flores excepto lo que me gustaba y no me gustaba de Pinterest. Denise y Joey fueron muy francos si algunas flores iban a ser demasiado caras o, en su opinión profesional, no iban a verse perfectas, o si había una alternativa más bonita o si no iban a sostenerse bien o si iban a estar fuera de temporada. No hubo sorpresas porque Denise y Joey fueron honestos, francos y profesionales durante todo el proceso, y ese tipo de servicio solo se encuentra en negocios familiares como el de ellos. Estoy tan contenta de haber elegido Joseph’s Florists. Fueron muy puntuales entregando los ramos de novia y los corsajes el día de mi boda y también al montarlos en el lugar. Nada se pasó por alto ni quedó fuera de lugar. Aún recuerdo ver todo por primera vez y lloré. Fue más allá de mis sueños y evoco tanta emoción. Los hermosos centros de mesa fueron todo lo que quería y más. El centro de mesa de la mesa de bienvenida fue increíblemente hermoso y todo lo que pedí: simple, pero elegante, romántico, aireado y hermoso. ¡TODOS amaron mis flores, recibí tantos cumplidos! Cada flor estaba colocada perfectamente en cada ramo y en cada centro de mesa. No puedo decir lo suficiente sobre Denise y Joey y el resto de su equipo: ¡eran simplemente increíbles! Definitivamente seguiré usando Joseph’s Florists en cada evento a partir de ahora. baby showers, fiestas de aniversario, fiestas de cumpleaños, etcétera!!! Muchas gracias Denise y Joey y a todo el equipo de Joseph’s Florists: espero volver a trabajar con ustedes una y otra vez.
