I was here to resize my bracelet. Every person I talked to was so warm, considerate, and just genuinely good at what they do. Definitely one of the best customer service I’ve experienced. They really use their professional skills to try to make customers feel their requests are really taken care of, even some small requests— which, at least in my experience, feels exceptional from average jewelry stores 🙏❤️ The work was done so efficiently and beautifully. My wife’s engagement ring had a loose stone so we brought it here and Dennis was amazing! He had it fixed in just a couple minutes and even cleaned it for us too. We had an amazing experience working with Samuel to design my wedding band. I had a very specific dainty vision in mind and was beyond happy to see the final result. He answered all of our questions by email and in person, made us feel comfortable, and is very knowledgeable about caring for your ring properly. Run, don’t walk if you want a custom ring designed! 🤍
