The design/sales person at Joybird was a tremendous help. She went through the trouble of taking pictures of the product that we were interested in, showing us different material options from the LA Showroom. She followed up and was able to extend a sale which expired during our transaction!
Had a great experience in the showroom. Went in with one sofa and fabric in mind, I had been looking online for 2 years, and left purchasing a completely different sofa with a beautiful fabric Kayla recommended after I showed her my inspiration board. And I love how it all came together, thanks Kayla! Scheduling delivery was easy and it was done in the timeframe expected. Thank you!
Great customer service! Kayla Thompson was extremely informative, patient and accommodating. She answered all of our questions and helped with the tough decision making process of buying a couch. So happy with our Lewis Loveseat purchase that Kayla recommended in Harper Amber Gold Fabric. It's super comfy, compact and can't get enough of the color!
Our Nico sectional came yesterday!!! We're absolutely thrilled with the quality and comfort. Absolutely exceeds our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised that Joybird is actually Lazy Boys but geared toward more contemporary style. This fact should be advertised more because I was a bit hesitant about the Joybird brand. Prior to this purchase, we bought the Grand Big Sur from Pottery Barn, which cost about the same, but we had to return it because the quality was atrocious. Four days after sitting on the PB sectional, the foam flattened and the seats sunk down like a 10-yr-old college dorm mattress. Not at all like the store display. The replacement cushions wouldn't arrive until JULY ..from OVERSEAS.. we bought the sectional from PB 1st week of LAST DECEMBER!!! Joybird's sectional was custom built in Mexico, as we were told from the beginning, and it arrived in TWO WEEKS, with the same quality as the store display. Joybird beat PB 10-1 in all aspects. I wish we had gone to JOYBIRD from the beginning, would've saved us from so much stress and disappointment. A big hurrah to our lovely sales representative Kayla at the Los Angeles store for her patience, professionalism, cheerfulness, and excellent hospitality!!! SHOP HERE!!!!
