Giving an update: This is why Joyce is my favorite beauty supply. So I was able to do an exchange for the unopened item and get discounted for the other. Also the company is now aware so the issue can be resolved.🙂
What I went in for was not far from the entrance, so I didn't venture the whole store. It appeared to be clean and well organized. The staff was helpful and the prices are good.
The best beauty supply!! It is well organized, neat and the customer service is always 100%!! Love the staff! Dee is super sweet and always goes the extra mile to get what I need. Ashley is sweet and helpful. Been coming for several years and they remain consistent with even more products to offer.
I enjoy shopping here found everything,I needed ! So many products and many other beauty accessories! I noticed products from the 60,s - 2025 . I embrace the natural products etcs . Their are good variety and options for every customer. The prices are reasonable.I embrace my space and peace while shopping. I found all my items in store stock.I suggest you visit this location San Juan st. Sacramento Ca.I did not have to shop online! The customer service,I received was good, knowledgeable ,kind and happy ,peaceful energy! I totally respect that service as I give to people! Thank You, Alicia for great service.
I went to this beauty supply today, they had what I wanted which was braiding hair. I did love the fact that they had hair bows that's my favorite. The employees their were not helpful at all oh, but their was 1 Zoey, he was awesome, so sweet beautiful smile very kind super helpful he made the experience very, very nice.
