Horrible experience with Chelsea Marquez. Extremely hostile, unhappy, and unprofessional individual. I felt scammed. You didn’t find a customer in your records named “Reviews”? Well, color me shocked. Yes, I am a very real customer and no, I would not recommend your practice to anyone after my interactions with Ms. Marquez. Your response to this review is on point - deflecting blame while providing hostile and unprofessional service. If you don’t want one star reviews on your business, you should treat your customers with respect, not act how you did, and not leave them feeling ripped off.
I was referred to JTA Wellness from my primary physician, as we're trying to tackle some Long COVID symptoms and overall energy levels, and the experience has been great! I work with Nour, and she's been a wonderful guide to my eating better. She and JTA have been full of helpful guides, suggestions, etc. I wasn't sure what to expect when I went into this, but it's been a great experience, and one I'd easily recommend.
I absolutely love JTA Wellness. It has really helped me see that what i was eating on a day to day basis was not the healthiest options that i could chose from. I love the snack and food lists that they give you. I would highly recommended JTA Wellness to someone who wants to start making healthy choices, but does not know where to start.
I’ve been recommending JTA Wellness and specifically my nutritionist to EVERYONE after my first appointment with Nour. After just that initial meeting did I transform my relationship with food into a positive one that has helped to improve my overall health journey. The app is very easy to use, manage, and track my progress. The staff is also quick to respond whenever I have questions and great about appt reminders and following up. I love that their website also has free recipes tailored to the dietary needs I’m following. The option to meet virtually is also really helpful for my busy schedule and the anxiety I initially felt when I first started! 10/10 would highly recommend
