When I picked up my 9-month-old goldendoodle, I was taken to the back to get him because he was not in the front kennels. I was told that he did not want to go in the kennel, so he was put in the back. Once I saw him, he was curled up like a cat because he couldn't stand straight or sit. The kennel was way too small for him. He looked scared and uncomfortable. I rushed and got him out. I asked why he was put in such a small kennel, and the worker said to ask the groomer. I couldn't because she was no longer around. I also noticed his hair was falling into his eyes, like it wasn't trimmed right. I didn't want to take him back to correct it because of how I found him. I also noticed that most of his eyelashes are now gone! The groomer must have cut them off. His eyelashes used to be so beautiful and super long. Now he has just a few left, and he is susceptible to infections without eyelashes. I added some pictures that show the difference in his eyelashes. The 1st two pictures are from now, after the lashes were cut off. The last picture is from before the groomer cut his eyelashes off.

We absolutely love Julian’s Pet Grooming! Everyone there is so kind, patient, and clearly cares about the dogs they work with. There’s more than one groomer, and every experience has been consistently great. Our dog always comes home looking amazing, smelling fresh, and happy. One of our favorite little touches is that he’s always sent home wearing the cutest bandana—it’s such a thoughtful detail and shows how much pride they take in their work. We truly trust Julian’s Pet Grooming and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, loving dog grooming services.

We always have a great experience at Julian's (we take our two small dogs for monthly grooming and use their discount day for multiple dogs). We've been going for years, and the dogs always come back looking and smelling great. They are accommodating, quick but precise with their work (it doesn't feel rushed), and on the very few occasions that we have had an issue they are ready and willing to make things right. Very pleasant to work with. Your puppers will be taken care of. Highly recommend! (Included photos of sleepy, but happy dogs post-grooming.)

My dog Bean absolutely loves Julian's! Whether it's daycare, boarding, or grooming, he always looks forward to his visits. The staff is incredibly friendly, and they treat my dog with so much care and attention. One of my favorite features is the live access camera, which lets me check in on Bean throughout the day and gives me peace of mind. His favorite sitter, Bianca, always makes sure he's comfortable, and he comes home happy and relaxed every time. I highly recommend Julian's for their caring team and excellent services!
