I had the BEST experience with Juliet coming to my hotel apartment to do hair & makeup for my Mum and I for my brother's wedding. She was so kind, efficient and TALENTED and I felt stunning afterwards. Mum did too! Juliet is really great with mature skin, too. We both received many compliments all day/night. I highly recommended Juliet, especially for any fellow anxious humans - Juliet felt like a friend immediately, and was super accommodating for my health issues and sensitivities, including remembering to not wear perfume because the smell gives me a headache 😊. 10/10, would hire again!
I had such a wonderful experience working with Juliet and cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional and took the time to really understand what I wanted, listening carefully to my preferences and the look I was hoping to achieve. She immediately put my mind at ease and created a calm, comfortable environment which made the whole process so enjoyable. Not only is she highly skilled, but she also made the experience genuinely fun and relaxing - it felt like being pampered by someone who truly loves what they do. I especially appreciated the tips and guidance she shared throughout the session, giving me practical advice that I can use for my own hair and make-up application in the future. It was clear she wanted me to feel confident not just on the day, but going forward as well. I was absolutely thrilled with the final result and felt so happy and confident wearing it. The number of compliments I received was incredible - so many people commented on how beautiful and natural the look was. I wouldn’t hesitate to book her again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a talented, professional, and genuinely lovely hair and make-up artist.
I honestly can’t thank Juliet and her team enough for doing such an amazing job with our hair and makeup on my wedding day! They looked after me, my mum, and my bridesmaids and we were all so happy with how everything turned out. From my trial through to the wedding day, Juliet was so lovely, really listened to what I wanted, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole way through. It was such a bonus having someone who could do both hair and makeup, and she was incredibly organised keeping everything on schedule and making the morning run so smoothly. My hair and makeup stayed perfect all day and night and I honestly couldn’t recommend Juliet enough. She was an absolute joy to work with!
I’m from Brisbane, and my son announced his wedding would be in Sydney. So a friend in the area did some research for me and found Juliet. I had requested quotes for 2 other companies and what set Juliet apart, was her very warm and personal communication. So on a wing and a prayer I booked her to do makeup and hair for my sister and I. My vision was Hollywood glam hair and golden glossy make up for my “mature” skin - I laughed when I gave her the inspo photos of a 25 year old - and acknowledged I wasn’t expecting miracles! Juliet did an outstanding job, I was over the moon as was my sister. I went to the Langham for a sneek peak of my future daughter in law and a guest at the hotel commented I looked like a movie star 😂 My hair and makeup still looked fresh hours later. 100% recommend Juliet, she is super friendly and has a beautiful calm and relaxed nature. Thank you Juliet I did feel like a Hollywood superstar !
Absolutely blown away by Juliet! I booked Juliet for hair and makeup for an awards night and honestly, I couldn't be happier with the results. I went in asking for "Hollywood glam" hair with flawless makeup that had dramatic eyes but still looked like me - not overdone or fake. She totally nailed the brief! I felt absolutely beautiful walking into that event and the compliments kept coming all night, which was such a confidence boost. As a mum of three young kids, I rarely get the chance to properly glam up, so this was such a treat and Juliet made me feel amazing. But beyond her incredible skills (seriously, the woman is an artist!), Juliet is just such a lovely person to spend time with. The whole process was so fun and relaxing - she's got this warm, chatty personality that makes you feel like you're hanging out with a friend rather than just getting your hair and makeup done. If you're looking for someone who really listens to what you want, has amazing technical skills, and makes the whole experience enjoyable, book Juliet! You won't regret it. Highly recommend! 💕
