If you purchase a membership for your child and yourself, that child MUST go with the adult they are on the account with or you have to pay for his jump session. My mother in law tried taking my son today and they wouldn’t honor his membership because I wasn’t the one with him (I’m the account holder). We just cancelled the memberships because of that. Giving them 2 stars because the park is nice and my son liked it.

I had a small billing misunderstanding on my end with the monthly plan, and when I reached out, the team at Jump Around was incredibly kind and understanding. While they didn’t refund the charge (which was totally fair since it was my mistake), they gave me a complimentary month instead, which I really appreciated. That kind of customer service goes a long way! The facility itself is fantastic: clean, spacious, and well-maintained. My favorite feature? The massage chairs! Being able to relax in them while watching my kids jump around is such a nice touch. It makes the whole experience enjoyable for parents too. Highly recommend Jump Around for both the great facility and their customer-focused approach!

I want to share a concerning experience we had during a pole climbing activity involving my niece. At the end of the climb, a tall male staff member assisted her with removing her harness. During this process, he stood extremely close to her only a few inches away despite there being plenty of space to maintain appropriate distance. He positioned himself directly in front of her and turned his back toward me, effectively blocking my view as her guardian. This felt unnecessary and uncomfortable, especially when supervising a minor. My niece was visibly caught off guard by the interaction. She is quite short, and his body positioning placed him uncomfortably close to her face. The lack of awareness around physical boundaries was unsettling and caused her distress. Additionally, the staff member avoided making eye contact with me throughout the interaction, which further added to the discomfort. I’m not making assumptions about intent, but staff working closely with children should be especially mindful of personal space, transparency, and making both children and parents feel safe. I hope management takes this seriously and provides additional training to ensure appropriate boundaries are always maintained. Andy and another lady who helped my niece after a fall were very professional and kind. They made the experience better. Thank you ladies

I had an amazing experience at this trampoline park! The facility was clean, well-organized, and such a fun environment for all ages. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional management. Anwar, the manager, did a fantastic job making sure everything ran smoothly and that guests felt welcomed and safe. He was attentive, professional, and clearly cares about both the customers and the team. His leadership really made a difference in our experience. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back!

Had a blast today. It's our fourh trip in as many weeks. The weekday unlimited jump pass is really a bargain. My kid loves the trampolines, inflatable obstacle course, the roller coaster, and the high jump area. He's also played basketball and dodge ball a few times. My son loves the SpongeBob coin game and is really great at it. He was able to save up 2700 points AND collect the 9 card collection to turn in for 3000. The computer at the prize counter seemed to be on the fritz. No biggie, Gio went to get his supervisor, Amelia and she got to task getting it back up. All while we were waiting Gio was super engaging and talking to my son about anime, soccer and video games. Once the computer was up Amelia made a pretty big deal that my kid had manged to collect all 9 cards and happily awarded him his 3000. A few prizes later we were on our way and feeling awesome about the experience we just had. Really looking forward to returning. Hopefully, Gio and Amelia will be working so we can say hi and just tell them how great they both are their jobs?
