I recently rented several bounce houses from Jump City for our charity event, and I truly couldn’t be more impressed with their service! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. Lena and her team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They arrived early, set everything up quickly and safely, and double-checked each inflatable to ensure the kids had the best and safest experience possible. Lena was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive—she consistently checked in to make sure we had everything we needed throughout the event. The bounce houses were clean, sturdy, and such a hit with the families who attended. We received so many compliments, and it’s all thanks to the care and commitment that Jump City brings to their work. If you’re planning an event—big or small—I highly encourage you to choose Jump City. We rented chairs, tables and a castle bounce house for our daughter's 3rd birthday party. Lena was very communicative with us to get the correct reservation in place and then also in the days right before the party. Drop off of the equipment was quick and bounce house was set up fast! We had some rainy weather the day of the party and Lena helped us navigate that safely to get the bouncer dried off and resume the party! Make sure you have spare pool/beach towels around if the day of your event may have a little rain
We used Jump City for the 30th anniversary celebration of our church preschool at Lake Cities United Methodist Church, and they were fantastic! We were excited to find a company that rents inflatables perfect for both the little ones and the big kids—everyone had a great time. I rented the Fire and Ice water slide for Labor Day for our family barbecue. My grandkids were so excited - they played on it non-stop for hours. Lena and her crew were so great to work with. The delivery and pick-up team were efficient and courteous. This is the 4th or 5th time I’ve rented from Jump City and I’ve never been disappointed!
Highly recommend using this business for any party or event needs. Lena was amazing with communication from the moment. I put an inquiry in to the end of the event after pick up had been done. Their communication was top-notch along with their delivery crew. They were quick fast and very helpful in all areas. I will definitely be using this company again as Their pricing was also very reasonable, especially for how well-maintained and quality of the bounce house.
