I booked my son into the SEN session at Jumpin Fun and we are regular customers because he absolutely loves the sessions every month. The environment is welcoming, supportive, and really well suited for children with additional needs. Alisha has provided excellent customer service and is always helpful and kind, and Izzie has also been great. The other staff members are equally friendly, patient, and supportive, even though I don’t know all of their names. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a safe and enjoyable space we always look forward to coming back!

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing due to both the attitude of the staff and the overall cleanliness! When I approached front desk with my sister in law who paid quite a lot of money for us to attend the staff were unhelpful and dismissive, too busy mucking around! This made the visit feel unwelcoming which we have never experienced before as we have came before and loved it!! Only positive was that the cafe staff were quite friendly and the coffee was good quality, along with a playground worker who played with my daughter. In addition, the premises did not appear to be clean. Several areas looked dirty and not properly maintained, which is particularly concerning given that this is a venue used by families and children!!

Grandson picked to go here for his 5th birthday yestrrday cuz he enjoyed it on his 4th so much it is also good for my 2yr old granddaughter lots of thing for her to go on but being the daredevil she is went on everything her brother did including the high jump into the cube the staff were friendly, the price od £12 for 2hours and food is brilliant they enjoyed it so much they didn't want to leave and as a added bonus they got home and fell straight asleep for there mum lol. Will no doubt be back for my granddaughter 3rd birthday in Feb.

Place has gone downhill. Arrogant and rude reception staff. Appalling service, something needs to be done about the lack of customer care and service. Laughing at eachother and disregarding me and my autistic son. Inflatable staff were appalling, no care for the children! I understand the majority of workers are young, but come on! Cafe staff equally as poor. I asked someone to speak with a manager and they said “ok wait here” I was waiting for 20 minutes and eventually left.

I took my three children (ages 7, 6, and 3) to Jumping Fun and they had the best time! From the moment we walked in, everything felt welcoming and well organised. There’s so much for the kids to do, and it’s all set up in a way that feels both safe and exciting – perfect for little ones full of energy. It’s not often you get that level of care, and it honestly made the experience even better. The kids loved every minute and are already asking when we can go back. It’s such a fantastic place to take children of different ages because there’s something for everyone, and you can see how much fun they’re having.
