Junk Relief and their crew go above and beyond to make sure they handle your needs. Mercy, the owner is very thorough in communication with urgency through texting and calling. I had to move twice in 2 days and these poor souls were some of the best I've worked with in over 30 years of moving quite a bit. Mercy even went above and beyond to bring wrapping material ($$ added on) when I was in a hurry and couldn't go out to grab it. The turnaround on each move was intense, stressful and his company made it more manageable. I HIGHLY suggest using them. Don't think twice. It's a startup company and that's when you know, they truly care about customer service.
