Quick, easy, and professional! The Lady was super friendly and made the fingerprinting process stress-free. Highly recommend Just a Second Tax Service! Note: building closed on weekends but call the number and she will open the door.
She is awesome!! I always go to her to get my fingerprints done. She has an awesome spirit I recommend you guys go to her for all services because she does taxes too!!!

The fingerprint process was easy and speedy. The only problem is I never received my confirmation email which I told would be emailed. My employer is asking for some type of confirmation. I called and tried to get some directions on how I can get confirmation that the fingerprint process was completed and I was basically given no help just a I’m sorry you didn’t receive it. I’m not sure how their system is setup but it most definitely could use some improvement.
