I accidentally found Just Air during a Google search to get a 2nd & 3rd opinion regarding my ducting & I wanted to learn more regarding heat pumps. Molly was very knowledgeable and helpful setting up my meeting with Jaime and then my follow up appointment to have my HVAC serviced and return duct upsized! She was just so kind and personable!! Jaime was honest, patient, and helpful in assessing my ducting and explaining what was needed. He was also available to discuss an error with parts ordered for my service and was quick to find a resolution. Marco completed my services and answered all my questions so that I could make informed decisions and properly care for my HVAC moving forward. Very professional and knowledgeable!! Thank you Marco!!! The entire team worked well together! Timely service, great prices, and open communication! I never did get a 3rd opinion regarding my HVAC/ducting, I've found my heating & cooling company!!

Quick service, quickly determined the problem of our heating system failure, picked up the replacement parts and returned to complete the service. The technicians are top notch. They put on shoe covers when entering the house and covered the carpet where they were working. They also thoroughly inspected the system after installing the defective parts. The work was top notch, the employees at both the front office and the technicians were very pleasant and knowledgeable. They communicated well, keeping me informed as to the progress as well as the expected costs. I asked for a quote to convert our gas heating to electric heating to take greater advantage of our solar installation. The owner is preparing a plan that will include different options and costs relating to efficiency. Definitely will use their services again.

Our A/C unit was having problems at the beginning of summer time and we couldn't get anybody to come out and fix it when we needed it the most, but I got a hold of Lance Curtis from Just Air Heating & Cooling and he took care of us right away. I waited about five weeks to see if any problems would reoccur before I wrote a review and there have been no problems since. Everything is working just fine. If you are using problems with your unit, give Just Air Heating & Cooling a call and ask for Lance.
