My computer needs have been serviced by the team at Just Fix It for many years. Initially in my 4 person law office and now since retirement in my personal home office. They maintain my domain, store my office files in the cloud, keep my anti-virus protection current, and generally look after my needs. I am not an intuitive user and find myself in self-made predicaments from time to time, Just as I have recently with Microsoft One Note. I worked with Paul Smith whose patience and perseverance in getting my documents back on the cloud was remarkable and admirable. He was so good to work with. Thank you, Paul!

Prior to having Just Fix It provide IT services, we relied on our own backups, and security. However, as we grew, this became tremendously challenging. With Just Fix It in the picture, we feel at peace knowing that our backups are done every day, and if something was to happen that they would be able to jump in and help resolve it. We rely on them heavily, practically messaging them daily on various matters as each of our staff have questions/issues that arise, and they respond very quickly. Honestly, I don’t know how we even functioned prior to having Just Fix It around.
