Passing through the area in the evening as we we're getting the snow/drizzling ice last week and Wow!!!! I went through the drive through and the customer service was great! I was greeted with a smile from both the young lady and the manager/owner. I the apple cinnamon muffin and a chocolate croissant. I was offered a warm beverage as a courtesy (smiles). I knew I was in for a treat when the aroma from the apple cinnamon muffin filled my car. Let's talk about quality and great ingredients! The muffin was moist and large enough for 2 people! Did I share...absolutely not, lol! The chocolate croissant was flaky and not overly sweet. Perfect combination. I'll definitely go back!
Super fast and helpful service and honestly super tasty cold brew. Larger space inside than I expected for dining, etc but didn't try any food. Would get more coffee to go from here.
Realistic Review of Just Love Coffee – Arlington, TX My friends and I visited Just Love Coffee in Arlington during the fall season after having lunch nearby. At first, the atmosphere felt cozy, the interior was inviting, and we were greeted kindly at the door. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill from there. When we asked if our drinks could be served in fall-themed mugs, we received raised eyebrows instead of a simple explanation or friendly response. It immediately set an uncomfortable tone. Things only got more concerning once we sat down. One of the crew members placed my friend’s hot coffee on a table full of kids without calling out a name or checking who it belonged to. Not only was this careless, but it was unsafe. While we were still enjoying our drinks and chatting, another staff member grabbed one of our mugs without asking, which came off as rude and dismissive. On top of that, at one point the lights were turned off around us, which felt like they were trying to hint for us to leave, even though the shop wasn’t closed yet. Overall, the treatment we received made the visit extremely uncomfortable. We were a large group, good business for any café, but unfortunately this place lost a whole group of customers due to how we were treated. If you’re looking for an honest and realistic review, we definitely do not recommend this location. We hope management sees this and takes steps to improve customer service.
We have been going to grounds and gold for the last few years. We wanted to give this place a shot and it is definitely much much much much better. It is well run, consistently delicious coffee drinks delivered quickly to your table. The staff is perfectly friendly. I would love it if they would add a few gluten-free pastry items.
The ambiance and setup are pleasant, and the dedicated kids' area is a thoughtful touch for families. Unfortunately, the grilled cheese I ordered was inedible, which really impacted the overall experience. Disappointed to say I won’t be returning.
