I’ve been taking Wolfie to JustPetMe since early this year, and he absolutely loves it. He gets so excited every time we pass by or stop in, especially when he sees the friendly staff (he’s especially fond of the blonde lady!sorry I don’t know her name). JustPetMe may not have extras like webcams or 24/7 drop-off, but the care they provide is exceptional. Wolfie always comes home happy and tired from all the playtime. I recently tried a more convenient place after relocating, but his reaction to JustPetMe is completely different. I’ll definitely be bringing him back for longer stays. Highly recommend—just visit, and you’ll see why!

I’ve enjoyed bringing my pup here for the last few years. Whether a long daycare day, or boarding when I’m out of town, I have trusted the care provided to my pup. My experience this past weekend though will ensure I never bring Goldie back here. I planned to leave her for the day and later decided overnight due to an emergency that arose for me. I hadn’t dropped off food though and couldn’t get back by closing to drop off. I spoke twice communicating with the staff member(blonde woman w/ European accent) about the issue. She offered “house kibble” which I declined knowing my pups sensitive stomach issues. I asked if I could have Instacart deliver my pups special food and was told no, and then had my best friend come to pick her up and unfortunately they got there 4mins after closing and again told no. I was still understanding and willing to give the benefit of the doubt, nor did I fault their level of inflexibility on these 2 options. I told her that my child would only at this point miss 2 cups of food for the day, that she would be fine not eating, and that I’d be there right at opening to drop it off. Despite being told not to give their house kibble this woman took it upon herself to decide what was best for my child and fed her the kibble anyway. I am livid that my pup is now experiencing diarrhea and discomfort all because this woman thought she knew better how to care for my pup than I have for her last 4 years of her life. I’m praying these GI issues will resolve without a trip to our vet. We won’t be back!
