THIS COMPANY IS A DISHONEST CON JOB! STAY AWAY! One man mowed part of my yard for 20 minutes. I was charged $116 (so $348/hour equivalent for one person). This Monday midday, I sent in a form asking if today would be a possibility to mow and rake the leaves in my yard? I called soon after that. The woman on the phone said she had just noticed my form come in. I was told that the earliest they could get to me was Wednesday and it would be $116. *The Just Right Lawns employee blew leaves into my flower beds and into the left side of my driveway where there is also grass. This grass was not mowed or touched. I called afterwards assuming it was accidentally forgotten and was told that because there were leaves on the area that it was not mowed. Curious because the lawn that was mowed also had leaves on it. *Nobody communicated with me that part of my lawn would not be mowed. Nobody told me that my leaves would not be addressed (the reason I sent in the form in the first place - my grass was short as I normally mow it every 2 weeks). The guy left my house without discussing any of this with me. When I noticed he left, I called and was given the run around, that I could have paid an additional fee for leaves to be bagged. $116 for a 20-minute con job. There is no excuse for this. You should be ashamed of your company. DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY ON TO YOUR PROPERTY. Bad DISHONEST business.
Mr. Contreras does a wonderful job. My yard looks the best in my neighborhood He never mows it too short or leaves it too high. He weed eats my whole outer house perimeter. I have used Just Right Lawns for about a year and a half. The yard service works like clock work. I never to do anything other than admire his completed work.
Always such amazing service these people really care about all your lawn care needs and take such pride in their work. This is why I stay loyal and keep coming back to Just Right Lawns. Thank you for all you do and for having such great people from the customer service representatives to the lawn care team they are all such wonderful people give them a raise they deserve it.
The team makes my lawn look great every other week. I mow the other times but the team edges and blows the grass to clean the gutters and sidewalks.
Customer for almost 10 years and they’re always leaving my gate open after they mow. This morning my dog ran away. UPDATE: they killed the lawn. They added a service to fertilize but never communicated with the “mowing” service and the yard is dead dead. The green picture with the pup is before they came back to start fertilizing plan. The dead picture is it today. No one has called me back. They charged me for collecting leaves today and as you see in the pictures….
