I have been going to Justin for a year, and I am 100% stronger than when I started. He is always encouraging and it makes you want to work harder. He keeps it interesting by changing the HIIT workout each time. Plus, he's a great guy and fun to be around. It's been a godsend to find him!!
In my greatest time of need (on two occasions) Justin has made it possible to escape the trenches when it comes to being overweight and having a poor fitness regiment. His willingness to meet you where you are and work with you to arrive at a place where you’re transformed and living with a renewed confidence is something worth investing in. I cannot recommend Justin more. 5 stars doesn't even do him justice. I have been working with him for about 3 months now and every time we workout I feel better and stronger. I was very very new to fitness and training and Justin made sure to show me every step, correct my form when needed, and create a workout that would yield results while also recognizing I was at a beginner's level. I have noticed a meaningful difference in my muscle mass and even got compliments from other people who noticed the change. Justin tailors every workout to my goals and makes them fun rather than a chore. He is also just a nice guy who you will undoubtedly find a common interest with to talk about while working out. I look forward to my work outs with Justin and am already seeing the results. Thank you Justin and can't wait for our work outs this week.
Justin is great. I've been training with him for almost a year now, with a focus on gaining muscle mass, and have seen awesome results. He does a good job of tracking my progress and making sure each session is challenging. His 30 minute HIIT-style sessions pack in a lot and are sure to leave you exhausted. 10/10 recommend training with Justin!
