Such fabulous service at JVP. John identified the issue with my Samsung TV instantly and fixed it right away. John is very helpful and efficient. Highly recommended.
I have used JVP a number of times over the years mainly for music amps and a hi fi subwoofer. They are honest and their charges are reasonable. If they can fix the item they will but if they can't fix it they will tell you that and explain why. They will also tell you that the unit is working fine if that be the case which was the situation with the subwoofer. They do charge an up front inspection fee but it is quite reasonable and hardly surprising. JVP provide a good service at a fair price in a specialised area.
John took great care of our lovely late 60's Kreisler record player, a new cartridge and a full clean and service. She works like a dream and we hope we'll get another 10 years+ out of her. So much happier than if we had to buy a new one.
They were able to repair my CD player part of my HiFi system I got back in 1991. Great service and work of a high standard. Unit plays as it did way back then. They keep you updated to the progress, could not be happier. Thanks guys.
I needed a connection soldered on a garden power tool and picked JVP out from a search on Google because they were local and seemed to service reputable audio brands. Owner John could not have been more helpful, fixed the connection and I'm back in action. Great service and communication and a very modest price. OK, it was a small repair but JVP will be my first port of call for any future electronic repairs.
