I've been a customer for over a decade and have always had excellent experiences with K-9 University in Garland. On the suggestion from a good friend I had my last dog trained at K-9, and then he went for day care, boarding and baths his whole life. Not only did he always love going, we had to cycle through a bunch of "code words" for it because he learned them all. When I rescued a new dog last year, one of my very first calls was to get him into training at K-9. Not only was that a great decision, but he's already fallen in love with going for day care there. The staff are all wonderful and care about the dogs. The facility is great and always well maintained. And their app / web portal are easy to use to book services through.

We’ve been bringing our 1.5 year old golden retriever here for a year now, and have had nothing but great experiences. The staff is friendly and welcoming, it’s clear they love animals and always take good care of my boy. I love that they always have a monitor standing amongst the dogs to deter fights. And Teddy always comes home sufficiently wiped out! We’ve also noticed that because of daycare he is far more socialized and better at meeting dogs out in the world.

I bring all 3 of my dogs here and they are always amazing and attentive. Lots of places to play and they take care of my dogs individual needs. One doesn't like other dogs much so they know to seperate him. One loves to play so they put her with puppies. My third gets along with other dogs but also likes space. They take the time to learn what they need and make their stay that much better. Prices are fair and they are the best with communication. Staff always super friendly! Can't say enough good things about them!

We brought our 7-month-old petite mini Goldendoodle to K-9 University, and the difference in him is absolutely incredible. It’s like we picked up an entirely new dog—calm, obedient, and eager to please. We returned for our first follow-up class, and he couldn’t wait to get through the door! He was so excited to see his friends while we learned how to continue the great training he received. To say we’re impressed is truly an understatement. We are beyond impressed and completely confident in referring anyone to this amazing place. The team at K-9 University clearly loves what they do and genuinely cares for the pets entrusted to them.
