Mamta and Zack are what make this Cryotherapy spot the best. Warm, genuine, and super knowledgeable they coached me through my first experience. Yes it’s cold; it also helps you to remember what your body feels like when it’s NOT angry and inflamed. Totally worth getting a package!
K2 has been amazing. I wont lie to any of y'all it is cold as heck, but it's only 3 minutes and they are very helpful. They talk you through everything inside the cryo ice chamber and out. They even provide warm beverages when you are done to help warm back up after. The staff was super sweet and helpful and they made the 3 minutes go by pretty fast.
Zach is an amazing training and has helped me so much, the cryotherapy has also done wonders for me and you can feel the difference after the 1st treatment! I would highly recommend this place to anyone with chronic pain or soreness!
