This place doesn’t even deserve one star, they don’t put customers first. I went there to get an estimate on my car and they said I need to make an appointment, who has time for that????? No other collision center makes it that inconvenient for the customer. I have not and will NEVER use them because of this.
The employees were fantastic and talked me through all the steps when doing an estimate. As my car was totaled, they were unable to do any repairs, but they clarified all the next steps and explained the process going forward. Excellent customer service!
I highly recommend STAYING AWAY from these kaizen shops. If ever there was a time to give a negative star reviews this would be it. As soon as they get bought out, which is often lately, they WILL NOT honor any "lifetime warranties." Nothing like when it was Charlie Graham's. In 2019 we spent $6K+ on mechanical work after a collision, only to be told 5 years later, that they wouldn't be honoring that warranty. Even though they still offer it, lol. Their claimed warranty was the sole reason wlwe chose them instead of a different shop. Since 2019 when they were Great Plains they have been bought out 2-3 times. Their manager Chris, will simply say sucks for you, along with the excuses as to why they are sleazing their way out of it. "We no longer have a mechanical shop...that parts vender we used is no longer in business...oh and we have gotten bought out several times since 2019." Which the bought out is the legal way they are trying to get out of honoring warranties. So really we paid $6k+ for like 2 years of warranty, we just didn't find out until a couple years later, when their work went to shi, lol. We took it to Ford dealership to have it diagnosed as they wouldn't do anything. We had used Charlie's Graham's for years prior, and will NEVER use a kaizen shops or whoever buys them out next. If you're dumb enough to go there, have them put it in the contract and then have an attorney look it over (listen to how dumb that sounds). Or simply stay away and go to dingmans, abra, b street, etc. All very reputable shops who have been around Omaha a long time without being bought out either. Watch they'll come on here replying to my review about some nonsense or made up stuff about a misunderstanding, lol. *Update after owner reply* They purchased it in 2022 and kept the Great plains auto body name up until late 2024 when you changed all of your signs, lol. Again I highly recommend staying away from this shop. Before they get bought out AGAIN, and you lose their warranty. I'll make sure my review stays up.
I had a lot of work that needed to be done on my car after the accident. The people at Kaizen were super informative, repairs were done right on time, and the whole process was super easy to go through with them. Top tier customer service.
5 Stars – Outstanding Service! I had a fantastic experience with Kaizen Collision Center. They did an excellent job fixing my bumper, hood, and other damages — everything looks perfect now! The quality of their work truly exceeded my expectations. On top of that, they finished the repairs before the estimated completion date, which was a great surprise and very convenient for me. The staff was professional, helpful, and kept me updated throughout the process. I highly recommend Kaizen Collision Center to anyone looking for top-notch auto body repair and great customer service!
