I’m still shaken and nauseous when I think about what happened here. My dog was bitten, (not to mentioned I was bitten as well) and the way this place handled it was shockingly cold and careless. As a dog owner, there’s nothing more terrifying than seeing your dog hurt and relying on the people in charge, only to be met with total indifference. There was zero EMPATHY, CONCERN, or PROFESSIONALISM. No one showed compassion for my injured dog or for me while I was clearly upset. It felt like they just wanted the problem to go away instead of taking responsibility or even acknowledging the fear and pain my dog experienced. This horrible experienced cost me 1,500 dollars which included vet bills and urgent care. I would never recommend this dog park to anyone. If your dog gets hurt here, don’t expect support, concern, or accountability. You’ll be left on your own during one of the scariest moments a pet owner can face. This place does not deserve the trust of anyone who truly loves their dog. Unfortunately I cant give this review a zero stars.
Bring your dog person here! We came in to get a beer & let our dogs run around in the indoor dog park. However we didn’t have the shot records for our dogs so they couldn’t go play. We will definitely be back with our dogs so they can play! We ended up just hanging out in the common area & played a game. Such a fun atmosphere, everyone is so nice!
Such a great dog park! They have separate areas for small dogs and big dogs, indoors and outdoors, which makes it feel super safe and relaxed for everyone. And the best part? They even serve beers for humans!
Kanine social was FANTASTIC. Bambi loved it, and it gave us insight into how she does play wise! I also love that they (p)update us with pics, makes me feel more secure that she is in good hands.
This place is great! The dog park has two separate outdoor sections which is nice if there’s a hyper dog on one side. But best of all, they have an indoor section which is perfect during those Florida summers. I also have started using their daycare periodically and that has been a smooth experience. My dog is really tiny and anxious, so I was a little worried about leaving her but she seems to be enjoying it and seems excited to be there when I drop her off.
