Bunch of young boys not happy to be there working and they do the minimum to don’t get fired! Plus they will take your belongs, I lost a rvca hat that was in the back seat and it’s missing now! Better go to the gas station ones, cheap and the machine always dos the same!
Yes- this place is a scam. Unfortunately years past it used to be high quality, I’m fairly sure they changed owners because now they have done a complete 180. Genuinely baffled when I rolled up to a very empty looking car wash, yet open, and chose the $27 wash. The extremely rude woman behind the machine explicitly told me no- my car was “too dirty” and I had to choose the $37 wash or “their machines wouldn’t be able to wash.” Blew my mind! Something is extremely shady going on- needless to say we did not wash there, in fact she told us to reverse and leave when I said I would not choose the $37 wash. I can honestly say I’ve never been refused service in my life, nor treated in such a poor manner even while maintaining a polite demeanor. I truly hope people read this and support another business elsewhere who values its customers.
I had to wash my car before I ship it, so needed to get it done timely. I planned to go to McKinley but they were unexpectedly closed so I went here since it’s right next door. Lady was rude and seemed to be in a hurry even though no one else was there. $36 for a basic wash for my SUV. Pricey but fine, except about half the cleaning contraptions in the car wash weren’t even working! Compared to McKinley, this place is a huge rip-off. I’ve had completely self-serve car washes do a better job.
This business deserves 0 stars! Horrible customer service, terrible experience that resulted in damage to my vehicle!! Talking over text to manager Bill who wasn’t there was completely pointless- plus the assumptions made by him are insane and disrespectful! Stay away from this car wash or risk damage to your vehicle that they will take no responsibility for (employees stated that same type of damage happened before!) - and I wasn’t even asking about covering coast of fix, not at all- I simply requested full refund of $48 I wasted in that place on service I wasn’t satisfied with. Please don’t risk it and stay away for your own good, you won’t be heard over there.
Long time customer and was never really happy with carwash quality but hey it got a job done quickly and on monthly subscription. New way to scam customers is telling them car is too dirty and to pay more $9 more. My car was almost without a spec of dirt just little dirty from rain. They said my rims too dirty and I have bird poop (see photos). I said the car is clean I don't care I just need a quick wash. She refused to let me wash the car. So I asked her if they only wash clean cars?? Confused. They should be ashamed of what they are doing and ripping customers for subpar car wash. Half of the drive through machine is broken or not operational. I'd like to have all my Hawaii ohana boycott these unethical business practices and close this place down. I'm sharing this hhhnews as the newest scam for business.
