I had a wonderful experience at Karma Wellness. My experience with Jasmine was amazing - she asked me what I wanted to focus on, and always checked in during the massage to make me feel comfortable and satisfied. It was exactly what I needed! Arshauna at the front was so sweet as well. Highly recommend and will be back!
This is the best place to get a massage! I always get deep tissue with Vivi and she does an amazing job. The staff is also great. Kathy is the absolute best and is always accommodating, helpful, and pleasant. She really goes above and beyond and it shows! Been coming to karma for years now and will continue to go for years to come.
Karma spa is the place!!! Let me tell you I have been coming here for years and the service here never lets me down. My massage with Jasmine was absolutely amazing, she was so informative about what she was doing and how it would help. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed throughout my entire experience. I feel like a whole new person now. I will definitely be booing with her again.
I have gone to this spa several times and had good experiences. Today was horrible. My husband purchased a 90 min couples massage for my birthday. It felt very fast. We paid for the 90 min massage and tipped more than suggested. When we got in the car, we realized that we only received a 60 min massage. We drove back to try to correct it. We were in no place to complete 30 min after getting dressed and leaving. We were told that my husband would be credited for two 30 min massages on his profile. But that doesn’t financially correct the error when you look at the cost of a 60 min vs 90 min- we end up paying more when we reschedule. The women who had given us massages had left with their tips and we were told to not tip the next time which is not right for the next masseuses we get. I think Karma could have done a better job making this situation right for us after their error.
Took my family to get Swedish hot oil massages, not expecting much and even apologizing in advance because of some of these reviews, and because I know how bad massages are in San Diego in general. But. It was really good. Starting from a beautiful front desk queen I don’t know her name but she helped me move my reservation and recommended a masseuse Linna. She has such pleasant calming energy and patience. I loved her. She recommended Linna and omg she was amazing. I almost fell asleep even though I usually get anxious during massage 😄 she’s great. No notes. My parents said massage was as good as in Thailand and they absolutely loved it. That’s cute. So yeah, I recommend this place.
