I really like how result-driven and caring my training was. These past 3 months of training with Jason have been phenomenal. From the very first session with Kasheta BodyFit, it was clear that their approach to fitness is deeply rooted in understanding my needs. A little context: I have always been active but I felt like I needed something more in my training. My routine felt aimless and unfocused and that's when I found Jason. I've been training with him for almost 2 years now so I thought I could finally write this review . I will say Kasheta BodyFit is definitely for all skill levels, but not for everybody. This man brings a level of commitment to your progress that is both challenging and rewarding. He knows the science and the proper techniques to get you to where you want to go. If you choose this man to be your trainer, understand you are making a commitment to undergo a transformation with someone that will make sure you are always safe, heard but also held accountable for your actions outside the gym. Start the journey, stay strong and choose Jason. And if you read this Jason, we love you.
Jason is a phenomenal trainer! In just three months working with him, my strength improved significantly and I was able to achieve personal physique goals. Jason works with each of his clients in an individualized and progressive way, which leads to feeling better than you started after each workout!
