Jenna was very helpful and kind. As well as the woman who were working there . Jenna made sure I was satisfied and made sure to look for the price range I was working with. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted so warmly—it immediately put me at ease, especially since I was already nervous about finding the perfect wedding ring for my fiancé. The person who helped me, Jenna, was incredible! She took her time to understand exactly what I wanted and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I was on a tight deadline and needed the ring rushed within two weeks, but they had it ready in just a few days! When I came back to pick it up, everyone greeted me like family—they even remembered my first and last name. The ring turned out beautifully, and the entire experience was nothing short of phenomenal. If you’re looking for quality craftsmanship and genuine customer care, I can’t recommend K Jewelry enough. Great service! I came in nervous and stressed due to time and financial constraints and they took great care of me. I was helped by Maria and Julie - both sweethearts. They showed me all kinds of different options for my price range and did everything they could to work with me. They turned a stressful ordeal into an easy-peasy process. I went to Arden Mall Kay jewelers and Rifi and Narinder helped me with a variety of excellent services. I purchased a new chain, sent a pendant in for engraving and they inspected and cleaned my jewelry. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase good quality jewelry. Had an excellent shopping experience today at the Arden Kay Jewelers. Rifi and Heather were so pleasant and easy going. No hard sell, no gimmicks,. So patient with us despite having a long line of folks waiting to be served. This was the first store we looked at while shopping for an engagement ring. We visited four more stores but I ended up returning to Kay’s to purchase the ring. A store I know will be around when I need it and most likely wherever I need it. Great product, fair price and a very solid warranty made me very comfortable with this purchase. Products aside the staffing here made the experience better than the rest.
