My girl Shanna was AMAZIINNGGG! Was very willing to help and accommodate! She made this experience so nice and I will be getting more jewelry from this location especially (because EVERYONE was so nice) but shopping with Shanna specifically! Great place!

From the very first time walking into Kay's with my fiancé to figure out our ring sizes back in July to waking out with my custom made engagement ring, the manager, Cory, was exceptional to work with. He made the process easy, stayed on top of the ring design progress and was very communicative. He reassured us the ring would be ready for our October wedding and it was ready with a month to spare.
