I love KAY Jewelers! They always have the best pieces and something for everyone no matter the price. What makes it even more of an experience is the sales agents. Everyone is always nice, attentive and very helpful! This last visit, Edgar was my sales consultant and the service he provided was exceptional and that is why I keep coming back!
Edgar was absolutely amazing. Very attentive, kind and considerate. Great sense of humor! Would happily shop with him again. P.s. there was another kind gentleman behind the counter that was also helpful! We did not catch his name though!
I LOVE my engagement ring! Spencer was AMAZING, Very professional but familiar (comfortable), charismatic and Hilarious. Walking in I was nervous but he made it my best experience strongly recommend there location!
Had a lovely experience with Brittany. We were at Helzberg Diamonds earlier today, across the way. Our rep at the prior location was somewhat unpleasant. We ended up returning a wedding band from the previous location in exchange for a ring with Kay Jewlers, same style and color at half the price. We are very happy customers.
