I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this jewelry store. The staff was amazing from the moment we walked in—warm, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to what we were looking for and guided us through the options without any pressure. Thanks to their patience and expertise, we found the perfect piece of jewelry. Nancy is really nice and helpful. She is always service with a smile. Helped me find a really beautiful ring and still waiting for my earrings.
1st watch I have ever bought & it was a great experience so I will be back. I was greeted as soon as I got there & as much as I was indecisive the Manager Angel was patient with me after trying on several watches. Store was clean & all employees looked like they were in a good mood I hope all Kay Jewelers are this way.

Hazel has been my go to person for the past few years, and she has continued to serve my family and I with excellent customer service. Highly recommended.
I had a lot of fun working with Nancy to create this custom band! She was very active in making sure I was happy with the design throughout the whole process and was very reassuring. She also consistently kept me updated on the status of the ring and I really appreciate her understanding and cooperation with my many requests! Definitely very happy with it and I love the way it compliments the engagement ring! Thank you again Nancy!!!
