Up front about cost, did an outstanding detailing cleaning. Had soft drinks stains that have been there for over 5 years. Now they are gone. Would recommend 100% The insides look new and it is 2014
Highly recommend! They did an amazing job tinting my shop windows. The precision and attention to detail were outstanding, and the finished result looks clean, professional, and exactly what I was hoping for. You can tell they truly care about their work. I couldn’t be happier.
My truck was experiencing a defective Heater Core. I asked the folks at KD to help. Owner stated it was a 2 day repair costing a specific amount. Dropped my truck night before the repair. The repair commenced and I was notified in day one they were having to up the quoted amount by nearly 200 dollars as a part that is standard in such repair was not included. This is my primary work vehicle, so time is of the essence. My truck was kept an additional nearly full day being very costly in terms of work time, inconvenence to my wife and I. Picked up the vehicle, but heat/ac would not switch functions. Called the shop, they asked me to bring it back on a specific day as a specific tech was needed to work on it as it was a programming issue. Took it back, missing more work time, the night before. Called the next morning and the truck had not been started and now without it being seen it was an actuator (??) which is a part they had to wait on though I was told it was a programming issue previous. If they had known it was an actuator and the time I was dropping, go ahead and get the part to keep time lost minimal? I really dont know what they did as I was never presented an itemized invoice/bill for service. At 3:42 pm on the last day, I was informed it was completed. Nearly a full day. Brought home it home seemingly believing it was repaired, however, the fan on defrost/floor appears hampered. During the encounter, I spoke with the N. Broadway shop a few times and my wife called once. The young lady at the desk was very rude to my wife once and myself once. During conversation, she was shouting towards the shop supervisor for answers rather than the gentleman getting on the phone. Very frustrating and saddened as I was hoping to have found a new tech shop. While the owner appears gracious and Im sure the supervisor and techs at N. Broadway are same, I will be taking our vehicles elsewhere for service.
Fast auto repair with great detail, they were able to pinpoint the problem and fix my car quickly. After fixing my older car, they were able to provide thoughts about the longevity of the car and provide insight about potential future problems with the car. Also, easy to get ahold of while working on the car to provide updates. I definitely recommend them.
Did an amazing job fixing my turbo charger and tinting my windows. Also walked me through the whole process and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Fixed all other issues as well,(leaking oil, cleaned filters, leaking coolant, also switched my oil so my turbo would run better), all in a timely manner. I recommend them to anyone with big or small problems. Going to take all my cars here to get worked on in the future.
