I recently purchased a tree from Kelly Nursery, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. After only a few months, the tree died unexpectedly. When I reached out to address the issue and inquire about their warranty policy, I was met with extreme rudeness and unprofessionalism from Stephanie, the individual responsible for handling invoicing matters. Stephanie not only refused to honor the warranty on the tree but also displayed a complete lack of empathy and customer service. Her dismissive attitude and refusal to assist left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Additionally, I was informed that due to their transition into becoming a big wholesaler, they could no longer sell anything to me, which added insult to injury. Overall, my interaction with Stephanie and Kelly Nursery was incredibly negative. The lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction was appalling. I would caution others to reconsider doing business with this establishment, as their treatment of customers leaves much to be desired. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE 3/21/2024: Yes, Stephanie, I purchased the tree in 2021, but I have proof of emails that show I contacted you regarding the tree's premature demise a few months after I purchased it. In my email, I even inquired about the possibility of receiving a discount on a replacement tree, to which you responded negatively. Despite this, I called yesterday to purchase a tree at full price, only to be met with unprofessionalism and rudeness. You informed me that you would no longer sell anything to me, citing the transition to a wholesale plan. It's worth noting that Kelly Nursery has operated as a wholesaler for many years. While I don't understand not honoring the warranty I was promised, the lack of professionalism and courtesy during our recent phone conversation was truly disappointing.

Estoy muy agradecido por el personal amable y bien informado, muy versado en los jardines y el paisaje de Kentucky. Fueron mi última opción para encontrar una solución local a un dilema de jardín y simplificaron las cosas, dejando mi jardín maravilloso. ¡Ahora será mi primera opción en el futuro!

¡Excelente proveedor mayorista de material de vivero! La calidad del material de vivero no tiene rival. El dueño y el personal son muy conocedores. No puedo decir suficientes cosas buenas sobre este vivero.

Me detuve dos veces a comprar árboles: la primera vez nadie se molestó en venir a ayudarme, y la segunda vez me detuve para comprar $500 en árboles y pods de césped, y el hombre fue tan grosero conmigo y con mi esposa que simplemente nos fuimos. Obviamente no le gusta vender al público.
