Did I get help I need? Yes! But maybe I do need to look a certain way or just dress up so I don’t feel judged by the way I look, I guess? Prefer to order online because of this, now days you go to stores like this and instead of being greeted nicely you only get weird looks. It’s uncomfortable when you smile or talk nice to an employee and you get a weird look and not even a “Have a nice day, don’t come back.” The least. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Kiddos love it. Staff is friendly. Jewelry is pretty expensive considering most of it changes your skin color. Made cheap but price is high. Its just the world we live in. But again, store is clean, they usually have some kind of snack and even wine I think. Super nice staff. Just... Im a broke Dad and ny daughters are bougie lol!

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at the Kendra Scott location in University Parks Village. From the moment I walked in, it was clear I was being judged based on my appearance. Because I wasn’t dressed up, the staff seemed to assume I wasn’t worth their time. They were rude, dismissive, and offered no genuine assistance. I had made a purchase during the 25% off promotion, but when I came to this location for help, they completely brushed me off. Instead of resolving my issue, they told me to go to another store and claim that this location had approved giving me my money back so I could re-purchase my items. When in fact they did not even talk to the ladies at the Clearfork location. It was clear they just didn’t want to deal with me, which was both inconvenient and unprofessional. In stark contrast, the team at the Clearfork location was absolutely amazing. They were welcoming, respectful, and made sure I got everything I needed without any hassle or judgment. The difference in customer service between these two locations couldn’t have been more obvious. The University Parks Village staff should take a lesson from Clearfork on how to treat their customers with kindness and professionalism. This experience has left me seriously reconsidering whether I want to support Kendra Scott in the future. No one deserves to be treated the way I was at the University Parks Village location.

I bought my daughters and myself a butterfly necklace and I was so excited but it started turning their neck green fast too if I would’ve known I would’ve got something else somewhere else.. these were expensive so I didn’t think it’d be this bad and fast. I’ve heard good things about this place and I’m disappointed.i added pictures but In person it looks worse.

Talk about great customer service! Went to do an exchange, not only was the staff super friendly and helpful but quick to acknowledge your presence when walking through the door. If that’s not awesome already! I had a very helpful Kendra Scott advisor who helped me every step of the way. Erayn answered and addressed all my questions I had regarding the beautiful Kendra Scott pieces. Erayn was so awesome and so helpful! It is so refreshing now a day to receive that kinda customer service. Erayn walked me through the many variety of current and new Kendra Scott pieces that they had on displays. Erayn was very acknowledgeable of the pieces and was so very helpful in helping me choose the right piece that not only look fabulous on me but even complimented my skin tone! Now that totally 5 star ⭐️ service! If you’re looking for gorgeous jewelry that will WOW 🤩 you and everyone looking your way! I highly recommend this particular jewelry and most definitely this location. Superb customer service and staff, definitely ask for Erayn when you visit this location.
