When it comes down to a computer repair shop....i know a guy. Ken's business model is built upon honesty. In today's field of company's offering repair service, there is nothing geakie here...just highly talented individuals with the knowledge to repair your system at a very reasonable cost. Ken was great to work with from start to finish. Very communicative throughout the entire repair process and very helpful in determining the next best steps. Prices were reasonable. I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them.
Had a 3D printer part break, manufacturer said the replacement part would take a month or more to arrive. Being inpatient I went to Ken’s PC repair to see if it was possible to repair . I brought the part in and explained my situation ( broken solder from board causing bad / no connection ) . He was able to run me through possible fixes and gave me an estimate . Within 24 hours the part was fixed! He did such a good job that it was even better than what the manufacturer placed into the printer initially. I am so happy that I decided to give Ken’s PC repair a chance . I was welcomed in , educated and we even had good small talk . I would highly recommend this shop to anyone with issues. The price for the repair was reasonable and the quality of the work was amazing .
