What is Bhante Nanda’s problem? The head Monk here…that guy’s just not right. Needs to take a hiatus and or even retire and do something else. No shame in that. I would get a lot of respect back for him. If he didn’t want to be called a Jerk on Facebook maybe he shouldn’t have been such a JERK. Didn’t return a call and I’m pretty sure he blocked me from Temple Facebook page. Overly sensitive much? Things used to be great. Well much better. There’s always been an issue with him not listening, especially to women and I am not the only one who says that. His attitude hurts Sangha. I’m the one who is greatly offended. After all I put into that place….the who Sangha should be offended. Oh there’s a Karen who started coming around and made things even worse. I WANT to go back but I don’t know if I will because of this and it’s just STUPID.
This place helps me find my root chakra and open it up for the world and it keeps me grounded
Venerable Nanda is one of the best!! It was my first time with him doing walking meditation, which I love and have incorporated this in my meditation . We then meditated while Ven. Nanda did chanting. We individually received a blessing from him. I am so grateful to have been able too go. I want to thank Andy for putting me on the list fir the meditation . Thank you so much Ven. Nanda for guiding us..🕉
Reverand Nanada was very very different disrespectful to me in the way he allowed a member of the shanaga to treat me. He stood by an allowed this woman Ann who has PTSD and mental health issues to cuse at me, verbally abuse me, talk down to me, insult me and treat me very rudely while I cried and was shaking. Reverand Nanada just kept saying what do you want me to do allowing the abuse to continue watching as I got more and more upset. I have never seen a buddist teacher allow this kind of behavior in the 16 years I have been practicing. What kind of teacher does this make Reverand Nanada. I have a heart condition and ended up in the hospital as a result if the way that I was allowed to be treated. I tried to talk with Reverand Nanada but he told me that I was bothering him. They both need help and as a result of all this I had a heart attack and could have died
Este lugar es un gran centro de meditación. Los monjes son tan amables y organizan retiros de meditación muy agradables. Lo recomiendo encarecidamente.
