I was tasked with helping my mother sell her home to move into assisted living. This task was complicated further since I live 1500 miles away. Abby Chodkowski was referred to me by a friend, and I could not have been happier. She helped me navigate all the steps of getting the property ready to sell and choose a price to get buyers in the door. Not only did we get buyers, we had multiple offers over asking price! We managed to close on the property in less than one month of putting in on the market.
