Signed up with Safe Pal Driving School. My credit card charge said Kern Driving School. Very deceptive business practices. I called to inquire about behind the wheel lessons. They said they can get me on my first lesson within the week. When I paid they forwarded me to scheduling. Scheduling said first availability is in a month. Asked to get a refund and they said they don't do refunds. Don't do it. Go to a reputable driving school.

This driving school is in extremely poor and unsafe condition. The building has spiders, broken walls, and dirty bathrooms. It’s not a safe or suitable environment for students please review this listing for safety and accuracy and they even charge us 400$ for both they can’t even fix their issues what i said please report this to safety department to their office gets shut down!!‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

Do not use this business at all. They are very rude to children. They curse and yell at them. They are very hard to get a hold of and won’t return calls. Horrible customer service. Take your money elsewhere

My daughter got her permit in March, but they couldn't get her first lesson in until May, and she couldn't drive until then. So she sat for 2 months without being able to drive. Tried calling to schedule the last lesson, and they are almost a month after her birthday, and she can't take the test before that. I called multiple times to schedule it, and no one answered. Disappointed with how long it took to schedule lessons. Didn't have a problem getting her into the class to get the money, though. Wish I had gone with someone else.
