Vivien Lin was absolutely wonderful to work with! She is courteous, prompt, efficient and incredibly patient with any questions and/or concerns that may arise. She and Jetta the front desk clerk made the process of filing my taxes incredibly smooth and I look forward to working with them again next year!

I filed my taxes here 3 months ago, and now I owe the CRA $1200 because of how poorly my taxes were filed. I’m in a common-law relationship, which I entered into in 2025. I informed the accountant about it and asked if we could file our taxes under common-law status. After reviewing the documents, she said yes, we could. However, I later found out from the CRA that she listed the start date of our common-law status as January 1st, 2024. That date was never mentioned anywhere in the documents. Also, when I asked her whether we needed to file a T5, she said no - that you only need to file a T5 if you’ve earned a lot of money from bank interest. Unfortunately, three months later, when I went to the bank, they told me I did need to file a T5 along with my T4, because I earned more than $50 in interest over the year. Now I have to go to another agency and pay $160 to refile my taxes.

This was hands down the best tax experience I’ve ever had! Vivian is absolutely amazing—so kind and welcoming! The prices are fantastic, the space is filled with beautiful plants, and the conversations were delightful. Plus, my taxes were done quickly and efficiently. I’ve officially found my go-to spot for taxes and beyond!

I am only giving them two stars because Vivian was nice but she wanted to charge me $500 to do my taxes only because I had a lot of T5008. She had said I needed to,print out 900 pages as she had to enter it manually. Last year my accountant from HR Block Toronto charged me for the same for $270. This time I was late and she wasn’t t working as she only works during tax filing season. I called another tax filing company in Toronto and I am in Edmonton but they have eservices. For the same taxes that Vivian wanted to charge me $500 I was charged only $179 and the guy did my taxes in under two hours..go figure. If you have T5008 please don’t go to Keystone. I also got maximum refund. Vivian had said t will take her a week or more to do the same taxes…I am truly surprised 😳

I came here for the first time recently, and they did not disappoint! I was greeted by the lovely receptionist Judy (I believe) and Vivien was an absolute delight! She was very professional and friendly. We had a wonderful conversation and honestly made doing my taxes feel less of an errand and more of an exciting thing to look forward to. Along with the amazing customer service, the prices are also quite reasonable and the process was fast. I would recommend anyone to come to Keystone and I will definitely be coming back next year!
