Wonderful experience! First time in store and saw many high quality items. I had some jade jewelry and necklaces (pearl, gold) needing repairs. Exceptional customer service and knowledgeable staff helped me figure out what repairs were needed, excellent craftmanship. Very happy with results!
First time into this jeweler. They were so professional and personable. We needed a new clasp for a chain, a diamond ring needed new prongs built and I had my wedding band reshaped and engagement ring also cleaned and polished. They completed everything in less than 2 hrs, they did an amazing job on all the repairs and rings looked so beautiful after their polish. Such reasonable pricing and great quality service. Highly recommend!
Found this business doing a Google search for ring resizing and spoke to Sandy over the phone. I brought the ring to the store so they could look at the piece and see if the resizing could be done. Almost immediately, Linda said the could do it and not touch the center stone. They resizing was quoted to take about 90 minutes... I left the ring in their care and they exceeded my expectations. Work was done in half the time they told me and the work is flawless.
Linda was great with helping me create my dream engagement ring. She was super easy to work with and helped me bring my vision to life. The final product was more beautiful than I could have imagined, sapphire center stone with accent diamonds with a pave band! Absolutely obsessed with my engagement ring. Would recommend and would definitely be back! Thank you again Linda!
Best experience with a jeweler I’ve ever had! Walking through the doors I was immediately greeted and taken care of. My ring was resized and polished in less than an hour for a very reasonable price. I am used to waiting weeks for a service and am blown away. Their amazing service AND customer service is 10/10. Would highly recommend Kim Quang Jewelry to anyone in San Diego!
