I had an outstanding experience at King Car Stereo today. From the moment I walked in, Farrah made me feel welcomed and taken care of. She was extremely kind, professional, and patient throughout the process. She even offered me water (twice), showed me where the restroom was, and kept checking in, apologizing about the wait even though everything was handled very smoothly. That level of customer service really matters, and Farrah delivered it effortlessly. She made sure everything was explained clearly and that I was comfortable while they worked on installing my speakers, amplifier, and audio setup. You can tell she genuinely cares about customers and takes pride in what she does. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and efficient, and the environment feels respectful and welcoming. If you’re looking for quality car audio installation, great communication, and top-tier customer service, I highly recommend King Car Stereo — and shout-out to Farrah for making the experience even better. I’ll definitely be back and will be recommending this place to others.
Sid, Farrah, and Javier are amazing. Customer service was great, and the did an excellent job installing my new head unit in my vehicle. Their location is quite a bit of a drive from where I live but they did such a good job with the installation that I know I’ll make the trip back when I’m ready to add to my sound system.
They were Very Fast and Friendly! The Speaker prices Are very low as well as the Stereo system.. Farrah was so Nice and gave Me A Great deal🤗 If you need Your Car Hooked up ! THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO ! They were the cheapest on the Nawf / North😂😂
This was our first visit to King Car Stereo, but it will not be the last. We went in to have an aftermarket radio (purchased through a separate company) installed on our 2021 Toyota Tundra. Sid and Farrah were fantastic. When I inquired about why the installation of our radio would be a little more complicated (and slightly more expensive) than the radios they sell here, Sid not only explained the difference - but he showed us what he was talking about. Both he and Farrah are kind, knowledgeable and genuine and we look forward to having more work done by them in the future. OH! I forgot the most important thing - the radio looks and sounds great.
