We have used Kingdom Removals on 2 occasions toTransport furniture from London to Edinburgh. They must be one of the most efficient and polite group of people we have ever used. Even after a long drive from Edinburgh to London they were quick to collect a lot of goods and their speed to deliver (not an easy location) was exceptional. Everything in perfect order. This company made moving stress free. I’d had a nightmare booking AnyVan the week before, which turned out to be an essentially fraudulent company who makes no amends to what they put people through continually with their poor service. When they had me wait 2hrs from home at my storage unit from 8-5pm in my hire car, (booking and cancelling van drivers on me left and right), I had an emergency situation where I had to be out of the unit the next day. I called this company and Craig was immediately understanding and reassuring, he knew the nightmares of AnyVan, and sent his best guy out for me to do the pick up the next day. It was seamless. Alan was on time, organised, looked after my things and both Craig and Alan gave me texts and calls ahead of leaving Edinburgh to get to my pick up location for my peace of mind as requested. Communication was great and easy. It was straightforward and stress free, and for me still affordable. Please think to use this company in future for your moves. And boycott AnyVan who continue to scam 100s of people per day (They have had 2 BBC Watchdog appearances in the last 4 years). Do not trust AnyVan Trustpilot reviews they are bought and legitimate removal companies across the UK are more than aware of how infamous AnyVan is. Use a legitimate one like Kingdom Removals instead!
The only way to move house is with this team! From a swift and competitive quote to a highly professional moving experience, Kingdom were first class. Craig and his team really put the customer first in everything they do. Even when our move was delayed, nothing was too much trouble and we were able to reschedule with the minimum of fuss. On the day of the move (boiling hot) the team worked tirelessly and the packing service we paid extra for was worth every penny. Super organised and efficient, and zero damages. Kingdom are a top class outfit and I couldn't recommend them enough.
