Ryan, the owner at Kings Roofing, is a true professional. I made an appointment, and Ryan showed up on time. Ryan inspected the roof, then gave me a proposal on the spot with the price. No pressure. As a retired contractor myself, I was impressed by his knowledge. This home was under contract and needed a roof, according to the Home Inspector, and I agreed to reroof it on our RE-10. So, I never do this in the first meeting. I signed the contract to get the roof done, as promised. Ryan and his team arrived early in the morning and removed two layers of roofing, completing the entire job efficiently in one day. They set up lights to get it done since we have short winter days. Ryan did exactly what he said he would do, and because I had a patio roof added to my roofline, he needed to spend exactly $500 to make it blend in properly with no change order; he just paid out of his own pocket. Could you clean up perfectly? I did find one nail in the track of the sliding glass window. Ryan is genuinely a man of Integrity. Since I watched the whole process, I highly recommend Kings Roofing. Plus, a 30-year warranty on the GAF Timberline roofing system gives peace of mind for the future. So pleased Ryan is getting my upcoming projects, 3 more roofs. FYI, I am a retired property manager, Realtor, and contractor.
We had a great experience working with King’s roofing! To begin, we noticed a leak in our roof late at night. We called numerous roofing companies that advertised they were open 24/7. Most of them either went straight to voicemail or just an assistant who took a message. The owner of Kings, Ryan, answered our call himself. He patiently heard our concerns though it was late at night and was extremely thorough even on the phone. He was also the one who came to look at our roof and provided an assessment himself. He was thorough, professional, and we felt like we were in good hands from the start. Though it was winter, raining, and approaching Christmas, he quickly got his team out and replaced our entire roof in 2 days. We had several other reputable companies come out and give estimates, but Ryan and Kings roofing stood out because of Ryan’s experience, professionalism, attention to detail, and warrantee. His team was also professional. Our roof looks great!
Kings Roofing was amazing! We had several companies bid the job but Kings took the time to inspect our house and find the best solution for us. They gave us several good options and worked with us to find the best one. They went above and beyond and even helped us fix other issues at no additional cost. They were quick and did a great job. I appreciated the great communication and pictures of the progress since I couldn't be there during the work. I was also really impressed at how well they cleaned up. They did a great job and I'm very happy with the new roof.

Kings Roofing & Contracting does excellent work and the owner, Ryan Santoro, is one of the most trustworthy, honest, hard working, and dependable men you'll ever meet. It is very difficult these days to find a company that is top tier in not only saying they do excellent work, but actually delivering on it. For me, Kings Roofing & Contracting delivered on all fronts. From the initial inspection Ryan gave me a very detailed assessment of the current condition of my roof. We talked through options and there was no pressure, which I really appreciated. Once the new roof job began, from the start to finish, I was provided with regular updates as to where they were in the process. The crew cleaned up daily, and a good final cleanup after the job was all done. Ryan went over all the components of the roof with me, including roof linings, drip edge, roof shingle options, and much more. There were no surprises, and no extra charges from what I was quoted. There were a few things that were found that needed to be repaired, and it was all covered. I opted for the 50 year "Presidential" roof, and am very impressed with it, some pictures included. Thanks Ryan, and to all of Kings Roofing, for the beautiful new roof!
Ryan and Daniel did a great job communicating every step of my roof replacement. They gave honest assessments of my roof condition, up front (and very competitive) quotes which were met exactly, and the quality and efficiency of the install were outstanding. I also have the added benefit of supporting local businesses that I feel would bend over backwards to make sure I am a happy customer. Great job to the Kings Roofing & Contracting team.
