Our whole family is planning a New Year's vacation, so we needed to board our dog. We found this place had high ratings on Google, so we signed up for a two-week boarding and training program. During this time, our dog received excellent care. The trainer, Megan, trained our dog daily according to its behavior and habits. She was loving and experienced, updating us on the dog's day and patiently answering my questions. During the final handover, she patiently and meticulously explained the dog's characteristics and training results, personally guiding us on how to proceed. I gained a lot of valuable experience. I would definitely choose this place again if needed in the future.

My two dogs attended the board and train 21 days and I am so impressed by the results and experience. Both dogs are now loose lead walking and are more confident than ever. The best part for me is seeing my dog Ruby wagging her tail on walks instead of in between her legs, it has been such an incredible transformation. Meg and Megan were attentive and sensitive to the the dogs needs as well as offering expert advice and delivering exceptional training. I am so happy my dogs were well looked after and shown a lot of love. Thank you Kip, we will see you again! ❤️

My pup recently completed the board and train program at Kip South East, and I’m so happy with the results! He’s gained so much confidence and made great progress with his loose leash walking. The daily free updates gave me peace of mind knowing he was comfortable and settling in well. A big thank you to Meg for making the onboarding process smooth (even with my hit-and-miss phone skills!) and an extra special thanks to Alex, our trainer!! My pup absolutely adored her. Super grateful to the whole Kip SE team for their care, support, and love throughout his stay!

Despite doing intensive puppy training, our gorgeous boy Wolfie was just a big ball of energy who jumped all over people to say hello and his excitement would overcome his ability to follow the commands we had spent so long working on. We attended the 3 week stay and board program at Kip and could not be happier. All the staff, particularly our trainer Megan, were genuinely thrilled to be looking after Wolfie and you could tell this was much more than a job for them. We got regular video updated of his progress which was great. We had a 3 hour handover session which provided us with the insights and skills to keep up his training and helped us understand his psychology. Now Wolfie is loose lead walking, very settled and happy around the home and we are only a few days in. So much more progress to be made which we know is achievable. The ongoing support too is key for us as there are always things you need to troubleshoot. Thanks so much to the team, we are already looking to book in our next sessions for when we go away again.

Our four year old American staffy Teddy was easily excitable, anxious and reactive to other dogs and cars, and was extremely challenging to walk. Teddy attended Kip’s three week board and train program and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Our trainer Alex was extremely helpful and understanding, and provided daily photos and videos of Teddy’s progress. Since returning home Teddy has been loose leash walking, engaged in training sessions, and is much more calmer in situations where he would usually be extremely reactive. I am extremely pleased with the service we received and Teddy’s progress over the three weeks. I would highly recommend Kip to anyone needing support with their dogs challenging behaviours! These are some of the photos taken while he was there and you can see just how happy he was to be with Alex!
