These people are super awesome they did a killer job cleaned my car to perfection and brought it back to the car I love. Super easy process quick and seamless. Could not recommend anyone better than K&J will be using regularly in the future I mean all I have to do is call tell them what I want and they book it in super quick nothing easier!
Best car detailing service around hands down checked reviews and they were awesome, did not disappoint easy to book with and they do a great job. Please plan ahead these seem like they stay busy and book out very quickly so if you get an early spot you’re very fortunate! Great guys though and amazing work!
I can’t say enough great things about my experience with K&J! Jordan was absolutely amazing. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly detail-oriented. From the very start, his communication was prompt and clear, making the whole process quick and hassle-free. He arrived on time, came fully prepared, and left my car looking spotless inside and out. It honestly looks better than the day I bought it! The attention to detail was next-level, and you can tell he really takes pride in his work. If you’re looking for a mobile car detailing service that’s reliable, responsive, and does an exceptional job, I highly recommend Jordan and his team. I’ll definitely be booking again in the future!
Great job by Keith and Jordan.Super responsive, punctual, diligent, listened to my asks and are very easy to work with. I wanted to do a buff and wax with 18 month ceramic spray on wax instead of a full fledged ceramic job. They did a very good job and were quick but effective. They also bring their own equipment and are able to do the job as long as they have a driveway. They have a very bright future and I am glad I could use their services. Keep up the great work!
I recently bought a used Tesla that was already in excellent condition. Before getting it detailed, I checked Google for the best-rated detailers in my area and found K&J Car Detailing. I texted photos of the car to the owner and said I wanted the Diamond (Masterpiece) Package for $400. To his credit, the owner was very honest and professional.. he actually told me the car was already super clean and suggested I consider the Silver or Gold packages instead. I appreciated that honesty, but I decided to go ahead with the Diamond package anyway since I wanted the car to look absolutely showroom new. On the day of my appointment, a younger guy (maybe around 20) showed up right on time and was polite and professional. About five hours later, he finished up and left. When I looked the car over, I noticed several areas that hadn’t been cleaned properly.. the trunk, hood, door jambs, and wheel wells were all still dirty. There were also obvious spots around the bumpers where the doors must’ve been closed during washing. I contacted the owner, and he was responsive and apologetic. He said it was a new employee still learning and agreed those areas should’ve been handled better. He sent the same guy back the next day to do touch-ups, which I appreciated. After the second visit, most of the missed areas were improved, but I still noticed the sunroof interior and moldings hadn’t been cleaned, and there were a few other small spots left undone. At that point, I decided not to call them out a third time and paid in full. I understand new employees need time to learn, but for the Diamond Masterpiece Package at this price point, I expected a higher level of attention to detail and a final inspection by a more experienced tech. Overall, they did a decent job, but it didn’t live up to “showroom new” expectations for $400.
