This was my first time going to Knead to Unwind and I would definitely go again. I had thrown my back out and was easily able to get an appointment the next day. I saw Charles who was an excellent masseur. Easy to chat with and made sure I was comfortable. I’ll definitely be booking all future appointments here.

I went for a deep tissue massage yesterday and I left feeling so relaxed. My massage therapist was knowledgeable, very professional, asked questions to make sure he was using the right amount of pressure and that I was comfortable. I actually feel asleep a couple of times during the treatment. Will definitely be back.
Love Knead to Unwind! Just had a great massage with Colin today. I no longer feel like a tight rubber band about to snap! Relaxed, worked my tight muscles out...very happy! Have been coming here for years and like to experience other therapists too and try different techniques. Front desk always friendly and welcoming.
